There is no administration fee and no cancellation fee. A late fee of $25 applies if rent is unpaid 5 calendar days after its due date, and a failed payment fee is $25. Rent plus GST is payable monthly in advance.
No. The facility does not provide or sell insurance or a protection plan, and goods are stored at the occupant's own risk. Check whether your home or tenant policy covers belongings stored off site.
No. Units are not heated, cooled or humidity controlled. Use pallets or shelving, sealed containers, and breathable covers for anything sensitive.
